Echoes is the ninety-fifth episode of Code Lyoko. It aired on 01/12/2008.

Plot

With XANA destroyed, the group is now faced with shutting down the supercomputer however everyone except Yumi did not want to do it. Jeremie felt that the supercomputer was the starting bond of their friendship as Lyoko brought them all together and by shutting it down would cause their friendship to fall apart. Aelita felt that there could be a way to revive her father after he sacrificed himself to destroy XANA and Odd and Ulrich liked being the hero and enjoying the action.

Meanwhile, Sissi plants a Tracking Device on Ulrich so she could find the groups hide out and eventually makes her way to the lab where she discovers the active interface and she then reads Jeremie's Lyoko diary and learns of XANA and all activities done by the team. She then confronts the team before going to her father and trying to explain Lyoko to him. The principal however thought her to be ill and dragged her to the infirmary while Jeremie launched the last time reversion. Ulrich then stops Sissi from placing the tracking device on him and the group accept her as a friend. Sissi then turns to Herb and Nicholas, casting them away.

The group then return to the supercomputer room where they all decide that it is better to shut down the supercomputer and that it was time to move on. Jeremie trips the switch and the supercomputer's lights go out and it lowers back into the ground where it is covered by a three pronged hatch engraved with the eye of XANA. The last scenes of the show are Team Lyoko standing on the Desert Sector and the hatch in the supercomputer room flashing.

Trivia

• This is the only episode of Code Lyoko where no one is virtualised on Lyoko.
• The episode is mainly made up of flashbacks from the series.
• The Supercomputer is finally shut down for good. Thus it is the final episode of Code Lyoko
• William did not join the others in shutting down the supercomputer; he also is rejected by Yumi as well.
• Sissi is accepted as a friend of team Lyoko.
