Big Fat Guy is a gag character. He often proclaims his name and lands upon whichever characters happen to be present at the time.

He's the character that Joel remembered when Phil attempted to remind him of their new nemesis in Fit for Fatpants. The so-called new nemesis Phil was referring to was Stomach King, who first appeared in Ficus Group.

As a funny running gag, Joel also remembered Big Fat Guy when Phil reminded him of the time he went to the dance dressed as Princess Peach. Big Fat Guy also made an appearance in Last Exit to Charismaville as a reference to Matt Wilson's lazy reuse of clips from past episodes. He later appeared in Ryaconning to prove to Andrew that there are one-joke characters in Bonus Stage.

In that same episode, he wept at Rya's death - the first time that he's performed an action other than shouting "I'm Big Fat Guy!" and body-slamming.

He was also mentioned briefly in The Terror From Beyond Imageshack, but did not appear.
