Hayei

Hayei is a character modelled after the anime YuYu Hakusho's Hiei. He made his first appearance in Go 2 Bed, and was later seen conversing with Rygar in Evil's New Groove.

Hayei claims to have the highest power level in the galaxy (but it wouldn't help if aliens from outside the galaxy came). According to Rygar (mistaking it for a watch reading), his power level was twenty-two hundred at the time.
