Keen is based on ID Software and Apogee's Commander Keen. In fact, Keen used to be called Commander Keen until Matt Wilson got scared of the lawyers and changed his name. Keen has many jobs throughout the show, many of which are completely useless. He was the one who defended Phil in 2 Legit, and was the one who drove Joel and Phil to the Tandy Brothers' base. After apparently pooping in Commander Keen's yard, you must now refer to him as Ken Rogers for legal purposes.

His various jobs throughout the show are: Lawyer, Doughnut Baker, Eyebrow Raiser, Taxi Driver, and Band Camp Instructor. He also provided the voice for Petrio in Five Minute Story Hour, and was credited as Ken Rogers.

He has a computer watch, which actually has the game Pong on it.
