Season 1

The season one episodes originally featured Shed Some Skin as the end credits music, but it was later replaced with Total Soundalike.

Seasons 2 and 3

A few season two episodes had the same changes as the season one episodes. In addition, Rya's voice was changed from subtitles to the Macintosh voice she now has.

• GRUFFO — At about the same time as the release of Bonus Stages and Fission Mailed, a scene with Phil coming from the future and talking to his past self was added.

Others

• The Curse of Xenis — Originally, Joel held the gun in his right hand, completely falsifying what Phil said about him being right-handed. This was soon fixed, and Joel now holds the gun in his left hand.
• Joel vs. the Monobrow — Some sound effects were added later.
• Fission Mailed — The original version ended with Joel hanging himself. Later, the scene with Elly, Brad and June was added.
