Mr. Malice is an undead alien who joins the eShip crew on their adventures after First Place in the Face, when Joel and Jessica stop at his outer space racetrack to do some gambling. He has the ability to summon WAV files from the netherworld, and uses them as his voice. While the other characters can understand him perfectly, we the viewers must read the subtitles. Mr. Malice mostly only appears in scenes where he is talking to Phil, and when Rya is absent or deactivated. He was left behind on planet Hydrox when it exploded in The Day The World Did Stuff. Fans have speculated whether he would survive to appear in Bonus Stage again or not, but no answer has been given.
