Phil's Friend

Phil's Friend is seen a few times hanging out with Phil. He usually talks about Cartoon Network toons such as Totally Spies, which annoys the heck out of Phil. He's also succeeded at annoying Elly by coming to her bar. He was later seen at the BSCon on Conventionica II, where he mistook his "best friend" for a roleplayer. He is sometimes referred to as "Phil's Unnamed Friend" and "Tuck" (though Matt Wilson has stated that that is not his name); Phil usually refers to him as "Friend".

Though he started out as being Phil's friend in his first appearances, he eventually evolved into a parody of the obsessive qualities of the Bonus Stage fanbase.
