• Lord St Leonards, who later lived at Boyle Farm, was called to the bar at Lincoln's Inn.
• Lord Henry FitzGerald, who lived at Boyle Farm, became the Member of Parliament for Kildare.
• Birth of Theophil-Lindsey Aspland, who drew an informative sketch of Boyle Farm Island
• The Workhouse was given a gravel cart!
• At the age of 52, Cesar Picton let his Kingston properties (a coach-house and stables) and went to live in Tolworth in a rented cottage.

• Birth of Sir William Twysden (1707-1767), who married Mary, daughter of George Jarvis, who lived at Weston House (which he probably also built).
